The Financial Leadership Association was founded with a clear mission: to prepare the next generation of financial leaders through hands-on learning, professional development, and meaningful connections with industry professionals.
Since our founding, we've grown into one of the premier finance organizations on campus, hosting weekly meetings, bringing in speakers from top firms, organizing case competitions, and helping our members secure internships and full-time positions at leading financial institutions.

Meet the leaders driving FLA's mission and success
Leads the overall strategic direction of FLA, oversees all operations, and represents the organization to the university and external partners.
Supports the President in managing daily operations, coordinates meetings and events, and ensures seamless execution of FLA's programs.
Builds and maintains relationships with corporate partners, organizes recruiting events, and creates opportunities for members to connect with industry professionals.
Manages FLA's brand, social media presence, and communications to promote events and engage with current and prospective members.
Organizes case competitions and stock pitch contests to build members' analytical and presentation skills.
Assists in organizing competitions, coordinates team participation, and supports members in preparing for case competitions and pitch contests.
Any student interested in finance, business, or professional development is welcome to join FLA, regardless of major or prior experience. Whether you're a finance major or studying engineering, liberal arts, or any other field, if you have an interest in financial leadership and career development, you belong here.

To become an official member, you'll need to pay membership dues ($20 for the semester) and complete our membership form. Dues can be paid at meetings or online. Visit our Membership page for more details.

Not at all! FLA welcomes members at all experience levels. Many of our most successful members started with little to no finance background. Our workshops and meetings are designed to help you build skills from the ground up.
